I just wanted to thank you once more for the fantastic week-end I had. You helped me so much by giving me different approaches, different methods to achieve the same goal. You made me think about very small things we never worry about but you proved during those three days they really make a difference. You could really read our dogs and helped us to “learn how to read” and always had a positive approach. The words we could hear every day were: “good, GOOD, BETTER!!” J
According to me, the mix between the British way (which I’m used to for so many years) and the American method (and your great sense of humor) is wonderful, even if we have a total different way of trialing and shooting. You helped us adapt and reflect both methods on our own way of trialing and shooting which was very interesting. I was amazed when I saw dogs (including mine) improving over these three days just with some simple exercises build on confidence, repeating and correct handling.
Martin, you are a very talented trainer and a wonderful person, you have the gift to analyze and explain all different aspects in such a way everybody understands. I hope you enjoyed your stay over here as much as I did and I could meet you again soon because this week-end tasted like more!!
